She lives inside your private Slack channel from day one — welcoming you when you sign up, answering questions with grounded research, surfacing recent activity, and keeping your shared Drive folder organized. She is built to be the first responder, so attorneys focus on the work that actually requires a lawyer.

Ava does not give legal advice and is not a substitute for an attorney. She summarizes, drafts first passes, retrieves source material, and routes harder questions to the right human on the team. Every answer she posts in your channel cites where it came from, and your attorney can edit, override, or take over any thread at any time.

She is intentionally narrow: scoped to your channel, your Drive folder, and your subscription tier. She does not train on your data, does not cross-pollinate between clients, and her access is governed by the same controls that protect a traditional engagement letter — segregated workspaces, least-privilege service accounts, and full audit logs.
